Option for e-mail notifications for group posts?

While I like the concept of a single daily digest e-mail, there are some things that I'd like to be notified of immediately rather than waiting until the digest comes.  For example, our Sunday School class has a prayer group page on FB.  When someone posts a prayer request to the group, I have FB set up to send me an e-mail notification...this way, I can read and pray for the request immediately.  On Faithlife, this currently isn't possible.  If someone posts something time sensitive such as "I just found out I have a job interview in two hours, please pray for me" or whatever, by the time the digest e-mail comes, there may be no point in praying for the request.

Would it be possible to add the option for e-mail notifications for those that would like them?  I'm not sure about granularity of the option...some groups I may be perfectly fine with just waiting for the daily digest, while others I would like to know about immediately.
