Bad Disc - How to regiseter

I purchased the Scholars Library this weekend at a marriage conference.  I inserted the disc into my laptop and it wouldn't read the disc.  I do have a DVD drive that functions as far as I know.

I tried it in my wife's laptop as well and had the exact same issue, so I'm pretty sure the disc is bad.

So I downloaded Logos 4 from the website thinking that at some point I would have the option of entering my code from the disc jacket and get to it that way.  I haven't seen that option yet anywhere.

I have an existing account on the website, so I logged in to see if there was a place to enter my code and haven't found that either.

What do I do now?  How do I get the resources that I paid for this weekend loaded into my account and onto my laptop?

Ben - Welcome to the forums! Sorry you are having troubles.

George is right. A call to Logos would be your best bet. They are generally very helpful about these things.

Wondering if have launched Logos 4  and signed in using your Logos.com account ?

Note: since have an existing Logos.com account, not know if would be prompted for code after sign-in.

Suggest call or email to Logos customer service => http://www.logos.com/about/contact since Scholar's Library resource licenses need to be associated with your Logos.com account.  Anticipate conversation would be similar one on wiki page => http://wiki.logos.com/Installing_Libronix_Books

I would think what you might have purchased at the conference is Libronix 3 and not Logos.  It really does not matter you still have scholars library.  As said before call Tech support.  They will help and you will be on the road.

At conferences, Logos does have Logos 4 media with codes for purchase (often with a nice discount).

My favorite commentary series => UBS New Testament Handbook Series and => UBS Old Testament Handbook Series are included in Scholar's Gold.  If want to upgrade to Scholar's Gold from Scholar's (within a month or so), suggest talking with Logos Sales (suspect full price paid for Scholar's could be credited toward upgrade).  By the way, Logos offers a payment plan, which has a monthly processing fee, but no interest charged on outstanding balance.
