March Madness Bracket Beef

This is not true beef BTW. However, has anybody else noticed that Division 2 is US Scholars, yet D.A. Carson is Canadian?

I'm sure "US Scholars" is meant to include any scholars who do their research/teaching in the US. But as a Canadian, I felt a need to stand up for my oft under-appreciated homeland...even though I live in the US now.
OH, CANADA!

And Brit J.I. Packer under US Pastors.
Come on USA - start producing some pastors and scholars of your own. [:O] [;)]

Which is doubly funny since, last I heard, he lives in Canada. [I've got it on his bucket list to go visit him pre-glory]

We're trying, we're trying! The problem is we need some more guys who go by their first two initials. That seems to be a pretty good hint that you'll be a world-class theologian, but most of us go by our first name.
I wonder what Bible software package J.I. Packer and D.A. Carson used in their studies...

I hadn't noticed that! I don't know your middle name, but how about W. X. Gabriel? [:)]

Sounds like we'd better start building a fence up Canada-way...prevent further border incursions... anyone know if theologians are especially good at tunneling?

My middle name is your first name! It feels as though it's a tough name to live up to. However, I trust that the Apostle Paul was a man with a nature like ours.
I like the ring of W.P. Gabriel, but that's all it's likely to be: sound instead of substance. Though God will use each of us according to his good purpose. I trust my life on that truth and hope that above all he is glorified.

I don't know about tunneling, but some are good at digging themselves holes.
The other thing you may want to consider for your fence is a tight mesh. Many theologians can be slippery as a fish.
