Yeah, I would like to see Spugeon's discount be greater. The only thing I've read of Martin Lloyd-Jones is the free book of the month, and while it is good I'm not planning on buying his titles. Of course, I haven't yet settled on buying something of Spurgeon's either.
I doubt either will win in the next round against Wright, so 45% or 50% off -- would only make a big difference when spending quite a bit. And if you are spending quite a bit you must see value in the title, right?

Yes and no. While I see a great deal of value in Spurgeon's works, I am far too cheap to spend the current market price for what are essentially public domain texts. That being said, at 45% off, I will likely purchase a few select volumes (depending of course on what is offered in the reveal).

Martyn Lloyd Jones and Charles Spurgeon are my two favorite preachers. It hurt my feelings to vote against either of them. However, I think I have everything Logos carries by Martyn Lloyd Jones (which is not enough). I have Spurgeon's Sermons, and a few other works, too. But there is still much Spurgeon that I don't have.
So I voted for the Prince!

Noticed many March Madness titles by Spurgeon are in collection => Charles Spurgeon Collection (86 vols.) that has an overall discount of 59 % compared to hard copy purchase (pre-publication price was less).
Personally was hoping for => The Complete Spurgeon Sermon Collection (63 vols.) that was not included in March Madness.

I can sort of understand the complete collection not being in the sale but I cannot fathom why Treasury of David as a set is not in the sale, I would have gladly purchased it withe the discount, but Logos trying to tell me they are giving me a great deal selling me each individual volume of the TOD for about $20 each when they always sell all 6 volumes together for a regular price of 59.99???? Sorry I see little logic in them breaking up a set setting some huge price per volume and then allowing you to have a discount via a promotion that ends up you paying almost double regular pricing???? I wonder how many other "Bargains" Logos is offering that in effect work out to much more than their regular prices.

It does seem somewhat odd, especially since the TOD commentary is devotional in nature and the whole set is needed for the book of Psalms.
I wonder if anyone has ever actually purchased just one volume of the set?

Concur plus noted => The Treasury of David collection (6 volumes) is less than combined sale price for 3 volumes in March Madness sale.

I totally agree. I personally feel these "bargains" that are not far from ripoffs insult our intelligence and do Logos a disservice.
It will be interesting to see what titles are made available from the final four.

My shopping cart currently has 21 March Madness sale titles (pondering purchase, probably later this week).
Observation: => Triumphant Christianity and => Compelling Christianity are the two volumes in Studies in the Book of Acts where March Madness sale of $ 25.00 (for both) is less than $ 39.95 for the collection.

To be honest, I was thinking some of the same thoughts when it came to the TOD, but then I thought that it was perhaps just an oversight by an employee that was not familiar with the structure of the commentary (if I'm not mistaken, I believe the work was originally issued in five volumes because of its great size, and not for marketing purposes, not unlike an encyclopedia would have been back in the day that encyclopedias were printed on paper)
So perhaps the oversight will be corrected, and if it wasn't an oversight perhaps Logos will relent and combine the volumes into one deal. Or not...
