Do these works duplicate existing Logos resources?

No, it's her birthday present that comes a few days late. [;)]
Seeing your heading made me realize I forgot to wish her happy birthday this Sunday, though I certainly thought of it in the week before. [:$]

Good question! You sent me off to research this.
Looks like Basil the Great's two works are not in Logos anywhere.
St. Cyprian of Carthage "On the Church: Select Treatises" - hard to tell; "The Unity of the Catholic Church" is probably the same as the treatise "On the Unity of the Church" in ECF; the letter to Donatus looks like it is the same as the one included in ANF:5, and the letter to Demetrian might be the same as what's call the "Address to Demetrian" in ANF:5, but I can't be sure because the sample pages don't include any of it. "The Fallen" does not appear to be included anywhere in Logos.
St. Cyprian of Carthage "On the Church: Select Letters" - hard to tell because letter numbers don't match up with the numbered letters of Cyprian in ECF, but probably most are included if not all
Hippolytus "On the Apostolic Tradition" - not available in Logos
St. Cyril of Jerusalem "On the Christian Sacraments" - yes, these six lectures are available in Nicene and Post-Nicene Fathers Second Series, Volume VII; as "Procatechesis" and "Five Catechetical Lectures to the Newly Baptized"
St. Gregory of Nyssa "On the Soul and the Resurrection" - yes, available in Nicene and Post-Nicene Fathers Second Series, Volume V
St. John Chrysostom "On Wealth and Poverty" - not available in Logos
On the Lord's Prayer: this includes three main works, Tertullian's "On Prayer" (available in Logos, ANF:3), Cyprian's "On the Lord's Prayer" (available in Logos, ANF:5), and Origen's "On Prayer" (does not appear to be anywhere in Logos)
Melito of Sardis "On Pascha" - not available in Logos
Even though some of the basic texts are already available in ECF, this edition from St. Vladimir's Seminary Press is a critical/scholarly edition so it has extensive introductions, commentary, and footnotes that you won't find in ECF. For example, here's one page from Cyprian in the St. Vladimir's set. Almost half the page is footnotes.
Here's a page of commentary on a letter from Cyprian to Donatus:
And here's the Table of Contents from "On Social Justice" (St. Basil the Great) that shows there are 26 pages of introduction, roughly 1/4 the length of the book!

Order early and often!
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

No in that they are more recent and readable translations - a step up even if you can find an old translation in Logos. In addition, these are Orthodox translations i.e. translations in a tradition that is steeped in the early church fathers in a way other Logos translations are not. Note that they are part of a "popular" series which means the translations are intended to be read easily by the Orthodox faithful.

Great to see these - I have a few of these books. But I notice that they are not available for the mobile devices. [:(]

Yes, but... St Vladimir's not only has a more modern translation, it also includes the Greek. [:)]

I know. Martha's post (which includes "they are more recent and readable translations") supersedes mine.

That's why I said that it not only has that, but it also has something else: the original Greek text. I don't think MJ says anything about Greek.

MJ says things about Greek, just not here. [:P] Anyway, mostly she says stuff about Sanskrit, Vedic, Old Persian, and other more obscure languages. I don't even think she knows much if any Hebrew or Greek among all her polyglotism.
