highlighting / personal books / two computers

Hi,
I work with Logs on 2 laptops (one in my office, one when I am travelling). When I highlight something in a personal book it is stored in "my highlightnings" but on the other computer it doesn't say the name of the book, but unavailable resource". The name, auther... is just the same on both laps.
Any idea how to get the information to the other lap?
Blessings,
Chris

Hi Chris
Is the personal book present on both computers?
The way this works at the moment is that the description of the personal book (metadata) is synchronised across all of your Logos 4 systems but the book needs to be compiled on each one.
I am wondering if this is causing your issue

Hi Graham,
yes I compiled the same file on both computers. Also the name and author are the same. And the information that something is highlightend appears too. But it cannot find the book...

All books have an internal number. I am taking a SWAG here, but I am going to take a guess that the same book on two different computers have two different internal numbers (because they were compiled at different times on different computers).Chris Haerringer said:Hi Graham,

I cannot explain it. But I recompiled all and suddenly it works...
For I do not know what is different now, I don't know if O will do it right in the future. Hope it will work for others too.
