Missing Resources

I've seen a couple posts on this with no responses. Not sure its a bug, but I need some advice:

 

My library is showing that I have 331 resources. Upon searching from within the application, I cannot find any of my interlinear bibles. I'm suspicious that interlinear bible might be part of the functionality of the application itself, though I have nothing to support that suspicion. When I look in the Application Support folder, I see a folder called reverseinterlinear (appsupport>logos4>data>x5swmnkh.e9n>resourcemanager>reverseinterliear). I'm told by the Logos website that I should have >350 resources. 

 

I'm missing something, surely. 

 

What's more, every time I open the library within application, I beachball and have to force quit...

 

system: blackmacbook 2gig core duo, 4gig ram running snow leopard

 

I'm trying to stay positive here, but I just paid money to be on the testing team...I'd like to at least be able to do something with the software...

I think the missing resource thing is something that is being documented on both the Mac and Windows version.  As far as the wonderful beachball with the library, I have seen the same problem and one of the Logos technicians on here yesterday said that he found a bug on this and they were going to address it.
