Welcome [:)]
Logos offers mobile apps (Logos and Vyrso) that can be installed on a Kindle Fire, which are book reader apps plus online access to couple more features.
This Android forum has many Kindle Fire discussions => http://community.logos.com/forums/tags/Kindle+Fire/default.aspx?SectionID=96
Logos 4 has many more features than Logos mobile apps. Logos 4 is available for Windows and Mac OS X.
Logos developers are implementing Sync V2 framework so can sync notes, highlighting, and reading plans between Logos 4 and mobile apps (not know when for next Android update).

I have Kindle Fire and use it primarily to access my Logos resources. If you have a wifi access you can do searches, word studies and text comparisons, but these features are currently not available when wifi is not available. I do think they are planned for offline use in the future. Notes and highlighting are not available yet, but are also planned. You can download most your resources to have them available when you are not connected to wifi. Not all are available on the Kindle Fire yet, but I believe that is a publisher decision - not Logos'. Logos does have the split screen function.
Overall I am satisfied with the Logos and the Kindle Fire. I mostly use it for reading and therefore having access to my Logos resources works well for me.

I have had a Kindle Fire since it first came out and have had Logos Android App installed from the beginning. It is a nice tablet for the money, but Amazon limits your options. These options are not related to Logos, which functions about the same on all tablets. If I were to do it again, I would buy an Acer or a Transformer. They have more memory options and more versatility, plus you can go to Android Market as well as Amazon's market.

Love the Fire, and it works great with Logos.
If there are apps you want, you can side step amazon's market place by installing the raw Android APK file.
Also, you can always root it
