New wiki page: Notes (ver 4.5 & up)

i have posted the new version of the Notes wiki page: Notes (ver 4.5 & up)
For the time being, the older version of the wiki page is still online. Since many forum posts and possibly other wiki pages link to it, it is important to leave the old page and give the new page a new name.
Please review it and leave any comments or corrections here in the thread.
