Problem with downloads!Pls help.

Hi every one this is my first post and hopefully not my lastBig Smile.The problem I'm having is that with the specials running,I've purchased quite a few books, and 3 of them will not automatically download. Q1+How do I manually add them to my library?.Q2= How do I get it to download automatically as with my previous books. Thanks guys.

    Which books - and have you received an email advising you that they are available for download?

    You can try typing the command "Update now" in the command bar which will check for new resources

    Closing and restarting Logos should cause this to happen as well

    If these don't work we may need to ask you to post some logs but let's start with this for now

    Which books are not downloading, and how are you looking for them? I know it seems like a simple question, but I've had loads of people think parts of their library were missing when really they just didn't know the most efficient way of searching for the books. Additionally, on occasion, some search for their books by a package title, for instance the one that drew them into purchasing the package, when really that is not how Logos 4 recognizes those books.

    Thanks for the reply,let me give some clarity on the mater, I have a laptop and a desktop and all the books I've purchased has been added  to the library on the laptop;now on the desktop 3 volumes on Acts by Lloyd Jones has not been added to the library.

    Now I have checked my orders and  all 3 have been purchased,Graham I took your advice with the up date and it still does not add to the library.

    Cameron - Several questions:

    1. What version of Logos are you running on your desktop? 
    2. Is it the same version as on your laptop?
    3. Is the rest of your library showing up on your desktop… is it just the new books missing?

    Wonder about desktop program settings ? especially Use Internet and Automatically download updates ?

    Wonder about restarting desktop computer, then launch Logos 4 ?
