I just downloaded a base library today, and it appears that my KJV Bible is missing.

1. How do I get it?

2. and How do I know what else might be missing?

thanks,
Martin

    Hi Martin

    Welcome to the forums and congratulations on your purchase.

    I see from the Logos web site that the KJV is part of all the base packages so should be included in yours.

    So when you open your library tag and type in 'KJV' you should see something like this;

    Note that the number of resources that match the KVJ criteria is listed to the right of the input box. If the input box is empty then the total number of resources downloaded will be shown.

    The first thing to check is that the download and indexing procedure has completed. This should be at the time the icon on the left of the righthand side group in the task bar at the top of the screen disappears. You can double check by typing 'Update Now' in the command bar on the Logos home page.

    If that doesn't do the trick then a phone call to customer services is in order - if you are not in the US you can use Skype to keep the cost down.

    The only way to check for other missing resources is to go through them one by one and check them off against the list on the web site. You might note the number of resources downloaded from your library tag and ask customer services if this matches the number in your base package.
