I must have blown a brain fuse ...'cause the computer and I can't agree on alphabetic order

In the search box I enter Aaro and the drop down box shows:

Aaron
Aaronites
Aaronide

Let's see - was it 'd' before 't' except after 'aa' or as sounded on a shofar? I went to a 3 room K-8 school (okay there wasn't a kindergarten) but we learned 'd' ALWAYS precedes 't' in the English alphabet.

This error combined with the dropping of the final quote mark navigating from the home page ... I'm having a little problem getting my mind around the search. Computer

I believe it's using frequency order, not alphabetic order, to put more likely terms closer to the top.

This is something which I already posted about here. In that post, you'll see why I question the 'frequency' explanation. The most natural and intuitive, of course, is alphabetical, but as I stated, I can see where a relativized list would be useful. Does anyone know for certain what it's actually doing? If it is relativized, then it would be nice to make whether it's alphabetized or relatizived a configurable option.
