Hymns - Media

Hello - I'm a new user and loving this so far but is there a place where you can actually hear the mlodies of the HYMNS - I've had other Bible software packages that told the stories and history of the Hymns but it also played the simple melody as well

There are at least a couple of Logos resources that have MIDI files... Steve Green's Hymnal & Logos Hymnal. There may be more...

Gregory - Sorry, but MIDI playback is not a currently supported feature for the mobile app.

Jewel - Welcome to the forums! If you have a MIDI hymnal in Logos, you should be able to click on the musical note icon and play the MIDI file. I will try to post a screen shot later.

Jewel - I was slightly wrong… Some resources have a music note, others have a "MIDI" link. If there is a specific resource you are having troubles with, ask and someone may have it to help you figure it out.

The first two screen shots show the MIDI link & the Music Note Link. The third screen shot shows the MIDI controls, which appear when the MIDI is playing. It is located in the upper right of the Logos window, just to the left of the sync button (shown in image).
