Hello. I keep getting the logo indexer issue. I've attached my log files. Please advise.

Please update your software by going HERE and choosing option 4. Current software is 4.5a SR-1. Stop back if there is a problem after you have updated.

Version 4.30.0.1621 (4.3 SR-7) is an older Logos 4 stable release; current stable Logos 4 version is 4.51.0.2057 (4.5a SR-1) that includes a lot of bug fixes plus changes highlighting and notes so all highlights are notes.

Since using stable Logos 4, one option is contacting Logos Technical Support => http://www.logos.com/about/contact

Another option is trying command: update now.

I updated and still get the same message. New LOG file attached. Please advise.

Also, I noticed for some reason I can't 'login' to Logos using my account. Weird. As I have an active account. Maybe this is part of the problem?

Noticed error "Index was outside the bounds of the array." in crash files.

Would like to see Logos4Indexer.log file that corresponds with crash for contextual information; wiki has => http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging

Since using current stable Logos 4.5a SR-1 release, other option is contacting Logos => http://www.logos.com/about/contact
