Transliteration settings in Layouts: what is saved?

Hi!

I use saved "layouts" for my reading in Logos 4 (Windows). Could anyone tell me if the Display/Inline/Manuscript settings are supposed to be saved with a saved layout?

I have one layout saved for New Testament with the Manuscript setting selected (no transliteration..I can read Greek).  I have another layout saved for Old Testament with the Manuscript (Transliterated) setting selected (I want transliteration of Hebrew/Aramaic since I can't read it).

All other parts of the layout are saved properly, except this transliteration setting.  Whatever the last setting was on either layout is what comes up on both layouts. In other words, if I save my new testament layout with transliteration off (Manuscript is selected), then when I go to the Old Testament layout transliteration is off, even though the last time I saved the layout for Old Testament, transliteration was on (Manuscript (Transliterated) is selected).

Don't know if this is a bug, or if Logos 4 just isn't set up to remember Display transliteration settings.

As you've discovered the translit style is not saved with the layout, that is part of the resources settings.  If you are using the resource elsewhere I would expect the current display to equal the last used for the resource, not for the layout.

Layout is essentially just recalling the books and locations of them which you were using.
