L4 Notes and Favorites Question

I've taken an idea from Rosie and another forum member (I can't remember who) to organize Logos 4 to make it more user friendly by using the Favorites.  I have created an individual folder for each Biblical book.  My plan is to create a separate note file and layout for each Biblical book.  It would look like this:

New Testament
  01  Matthew
        Note: Matthew
        Layout: Matthew

Currently I have all my notes in one note file, but am considering moving the each note into their respective folders.  Before I do this does anyone have any input on if this is a smart move or am I creating future problems?

Wiki has => Canonical Commentary Collections includes Bible Book numbering used by Logos 4 (e.g. Matthew is # 61).

Option: could add Genre folders to group Biblical Books within a Testament (starting similar setup in my Favorites):

The Genre folders could be used for Genre level note files (e.g. Gospel harmony notes).
