Linking panels

I am trying to link the Net Bible with the Net notes.I have both up as dual panels.  I have options for both that are the same which I select Aa.  There is no option to link listed.  Can anyone with more experience reply?  I also tried to link the KJV but no option.  This is on my iPad 3.

Hi Joan, press and hold the gray semicircle at the bottom between the two panels.  A popup will appear which says sync panels and tap off and it will turn to on.
