How do I link proclaim to my ccli account?

I am just beginning using Proclaim and I thought that I noticed somewhere in the literature that Proclaim can be linked with ccli. I'm having a tough time figuring out how that works.  Any help would be appreciated.

You can link your CCLI account by clicking Account > Link Accounts and entering your CCLI/SongSelect credentials.
