I am on air but the screen is blank? Even my preview is blank..
I have purchased a license and have used this twice already.. However went to use it in a small group setting tonight and it wont even show a preview... I noticed it updated right before I started the show...
I am currently working on a Macbook Pro but set up the slideshow on Windows 7 machine My desktop at home.

Try clicking an item in the order of service or timeline. There is a known issue with presentations with no pre-service items. If you go On Air and show the logo slide you aren't able to navigate away without clicking the timeline or order of service. We are working on a fix for this.

I am have the same problem with proclaim opening but when I go on air the screen shows black. this has been a new problem we have never had. i

Mac or Windows? Which presentation are you having troubles with? I just tried going On Air with your Easter presentation (on my Mac) and didn't see any issues.

Okay got home to my pc desktop and no problem with the show... The Mac I was using is our music ministers but I used it last Tuesday and it worked just fine. I am wondering if the Mac has developed an issue over the last week. Would the exploit in Java cause any issues with Proclaim?

I just tried your Tuesday, April 10 presentation on my Mac.
1) open presentation
2) go On Air which shows logo slide
3) navigate using right arrow on preview controlThis reproduces the known issue I described earlier - the preview and presenter both go black and further navigation via the keyboard or left and right arrows on the preview control do not work.
The current workaround is to click the item you would like to navigate to in the order of service or timeline.
I tried that with your presentation and it worked. Is this what you tried? What version OS are you running? Posting log files may help diagnose the issue.
Mac:
- /Users/[username]/(~Library)/Application Support/Proclaim/Logging/
- The Library folder might be hidden. If so, hit CMD+Shift+G and enter "~/library" into the box.

Unfortunately I am not with the Macbook anymore. I will get those peices of info to you once I get a chance to get back on his computer. I know he isn't running Lion. It never went to our logo it just stayed blank.
Now that I am on my desktop everything is perfect. So it must be something with his particular machine.
Thank you for your swift response. Makes me feel better about having purchased a license! This is a really great presentation software, having used SongShow Plus for nearly 10 years this is a breath of fresh air. I am a computer tech by trade so I deal with software all the time. I love the CLOUD so this is perfect for us!

I will test on a 10.5 and 10.6 machine tomorrow morning.

We were able to reproduce the blank preview and presenter views with a Mac running 10.5 this morning. Working on a fix now.

Restart to get the latest version which includes a fix.
