Resources unavailable in keylink preferences
I have noticed while setting up keylink preferences that some of my resources show greyed out and are unavailable for promoting. Has anyone else run into this?

Are you sure the resources are unlocked or (if unlocked) are they in your resource folder?

Yep, I thought of that but checked out both. I can open resources from My Library and when I check out name and location for open resources in my bibliography they are in the right location...0

I the Windows version it helps in the similar situations to do Refresh Resources and restarting Logos twice, to make Keylinks working properly. I don't know if that helps in your situation, but you can try.

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried refreshing resources and when the system is starting it errors out at the "initialize keylink handler" step. Perhaps this is part of the problem?

I cannot duplicate your problem. Which Data Type are you setting up, and which resources are unavailable? (I don't need an exhaustive list).

I worked with support and they found a file that needed to be deleted from a cache folder that fixed the problem.
