New Community Sharing Question
I right clicked on the ESV Study Bible for John 14:16-17 and selected Reference then Add Community Note. The right hand panel opened to Community Notes, I selected the Faithlife Beta Group in the drop-down list and typed a simple note. I clicked Post and got an error message. What have I done wrong or is this not how to go about this?

Don't know what I did differently, but tried another time and I got no error. However there is no little green Community Note indicator next to the entry in the ESVSB.

No. I thought it was an author thing - but wrong, can't see any either.
Where should indicators be in the ESV or NBD?

Update: solved - this is explained in PC Beta and relates to Faithlife groups.
Mark, you may belong to groups that are of type "discussion topic" - this causes an internal error and prevents the note indicators to be shown.

Well I might be, but certainly don't know. Haven't seen 'discussion topic' in anything on Faithlife so don't know how I'd figure that one out.
Are you saying that if I am a member of any such group that when I am posting in the Faithlife Beta group that this error would occur?

No. This error occurs when Logos starts - in my case it wrote an error log saying that it can't resolve my groups - and subsequently it doesn't show the community notes indicators, regardless which group I post to. See http://community.logos.com/forums/t/48367.aspx
Maybe you want to check the Visual Filter Menu first - not that you could see them and they are just turned off. (All Beta 6 users should have a new FV section "Community Notes" - except when the bug strikes)
In my case I checked in faithlife, canceled membership in two groups, restarted L4: bingo, the indicators come up. It seems you not member of a "discussion topic" but are the only member in a number of different closed groups - maybe you need to flag them "General" instead of "Special Interest", "Youth Group" etc. I don't know which ones work and which don't.
Maybe you can verify whether there is an error.log file in your Logos logs directory and post it for Bradley.

I'll check. I'm not on that login right now.

If you go Beta 7, the issue seems to be fixed so you may not need to do something about the Faithlife groups.
