Pronunciation resource not available - grayed out

I was trying to see how to pronounce a word in the Greek,
however, when I go to Tools, the Pronunciation resource is unavailable.
I am using Windows7 does that have something to do with it? Or
am I doing something wrong?
Thank you again for all your help.

Maria,
I assume this is due to the small Spanish base package you have. Greek Pronunciation is included in Original Languages and up, I think EDIT: Scholars and above, (thanks Mark!) - or one needs to buy a Libronix Add-in (that's what I did last year when I owned no base package).

This comparison chart shows you which packages have the Greek Pronunciation tools (Scholar's and above... Odd that it isn't in the Languages base package!).

Ah - I see. Should have checked that before I posted.
The add-on I referred to above is http://www.logos.com/product/5793/greek-pronunciation-addin-with-erasmian-and-modern-data-sets and it correctly shows that it's included from Scholars up. It seems not to be part of any of the Spanish base packages, whereas other Add-ons such as http://www.logos.com/product/1667/original-languages-addin are included from biblioteca pastoral upwards.
Maria, please note that these Add-ons claim to be for Libronix only, but they include the licence to use this functionality in L4 as well.

You say, "whereas other Add-ons such as http://www.logos.com/product/1667/original-languages-addin are included from biblioteca pastoral upwards."
Does this mean that it should have been included in the Biblioteca Pastoral (that's my package)? or do I have to purchase it separately?
Thank you.

It means that you have in your package the functionality of http://www.logos.com/product/1667/original-languages-addin - but you don't have the functionality of http://www.logos.com/product/5793/greek-pronunciation-addin-with-erasmian-and-modern-data-sets .
If you want to listen to Greek pronunciation, you have to buy it separately.
Hope this helps,
Mick

Maria, I believe that what they are attempting to say is that the Pronunciation does not function in L4[Logos], at least it hasen’t for me yet. But, correctly so it will work with L3[Libronix]. As to having a 'spanish' based product, I do not thinkt that that has any bearing on a Pronounced "Greek/Hebrew" word.

NO, NOT AT ALL!!
Pronunciation does work in L4, and to use it one has to buy the Add-on http://www.logos.com/product/5793/greek-pronunciation-addin-with-erasmian-and-modern-data-sets or a base package that includes it, which is Scholars (or above) or Catholic Scholars.

Sure it does. Click on a Lemma, and Logos pronounces it for you.

I purchased the http://www.logos.com/product/5793/greek-pronunciation-addin-with-erasmian-and-modern-data-sets and when I clicked on Tools, the Pronunciation is available and when I clicked on it a list of words appear and I can hear the words being pronounced when I select a word.
It even works when I have an interlinear Bible open and I right-click on the word and select the Lemma, the Pronunciation resource is available and it works.
Thank you all.
