BUG: Resource ignores font setting

Unfortunately, Logos can't reproduce the peculiar flow of the book, so it just looks like the fonts are a random mixture in Logos.  Check it out on Amazon--it's almost like half the book exists in "sidebars". 

Appears Logos resource has "gaps" around "sidebar" text, which uses a different font (albeit without columns as shown in Amazon preview):

Some resources use a variety of typefaces for different sections in the book, as Logos will try to replicate the font stylings of the print version.  In those cases, the font selection will not affect all of the text in a resource.  The one in question (Drane's Introducing the Old Testament) uses a sans-serif font for sidebar items, as can be seen from this screenshot from Amazon's preview:

Ah! That certainly explains it.

Yet, Logos should find a way to make this more obvious, both in the text and the TOC. Perhaps with wider margins in the text? As for the TOC:

The first two subheadings here are normal chapters; the latter four are 'sidebar items'. There should be something to distinguish them, like a • or something before the latter. Or two different fonts in the TOC as well. Or a 'Special Articles' section at the end instead, like in the Contents.

It sure does. I started reading by clicking on one of the latter four, hence my confusion. I never looked at the rest of the book.

Now that I do, however, I find a couple of other problems as well:

a) Either Logos' adaptation of the layout interferes with the page numbering, or the tagging is sloppily done. I found a picture on Amazon I wanted to look at, but when I tried to go to page 33 in Logos I couldn't. Turns out p 31 is endlessly long and the next one is p 36.

b) This is one error I've never seen before:
