The easiest way for mac users is to call logos, provide them with proof of ownership, and they will add the license to your account. This will allow the resource to download next time you use Logos.

Apologies: not understand statement "running setup on iMac doesn't load to Logos"; please elaborate. Note: Nelson eBible CD's have setup.exe for Libronix on Windows, which does not work on Mac OS X (could be done using Windows via Boot Camp or virtual machine). Wiki Getting Started with Logos has => Installation + Indexing that includes link for downloading current Logos 4 Mac release. Once resource license is associated with your Logos.com account (e.g. Nelson's Annual Preacher's Sourcebook 2006), then Logos 4 Mac can download and index resource.
Logos customer service => http://www.logos.com/about/contact can verify resource license association with your Logos.com account (and consolidate if needed).
