On Win 7 it's just a normal Logos right click behaviour:

But did you check whether you can do the "neat party trick" with the bouncing edit box? See other thread.

Are you still able to reproduce the issue? I tested this in 4.5b on XP and didn't notice anything out of the ordinary. If you can, it might help to get a screenshot/logs.
