BUG: 4.5b Beta 7: Citation info being truncated in Library

When I first open Logos, and go to the Library with the resource info pane open, citations longer than 2 lines are getting truncated after the 2nd line:

After clicking around on different books in the Library, looking at a few that are truncated, the problem mysteriously goes away and the missing info shows up again:

But it's reproducible again every time I open Logos.

There's a noticeable difference in the Library Info between 4.5a and 4.5b which implies a deliberate change

Release notes for RC1 say this is fixed, and I've just downloaded RC1, but I can still reproduce this bug.

There was confusion in the release notes. A slightly different issue (citation being invisible when toggling the Information off and on) was fixed.
