Logos 4 indexer repeatedly crashes aswell :(

Guys I've done a pc upgrade,and now every time Logos indexes it crashes,can someone help!

By the way here are the error#(Error ID: 785
Error detail: IndexingException: The two postings (T=316, D=193, O=1955532, W=543170) and (T=316, D=193, O=3478577, W=441577) have conflicting character and word offsets.}

Are you able to enable diagnostic logging and upload the logs created after an indexer crash?

Observation: Scholar's is the base package of resources. Logos4.log shows software release 4.5a SR-1 (4.51.0.2057) being used.

Every time Logos 4 is started, diagnostic log files Logos4.log and Logos4Indexer.log are overwritten. The posted files lack any crashes (appear normal). However, the zip also has some recent crashes, the Indexer crashes appear similar to thread => Logos 4 indexer repeatedly crashes (SQLite database file is malformed while a reverse interlinear resource is being indexed).

If indexer crashes again, could compress files and attach to a forum reply.

Since using current stable Logos 4 release, one option is contacting Logos Tech Support => http://www.logos.com/about/contact
