I thought this was important enough for it's own post.

I took my own advice... to my surprise, several of the collections had dropped to the point that I felt comfortable bidding on one I hadn't thought I could afford to purchase. So I'm in on one more....
Well I must be honest Bill, I cannot believe that commentary's can be of more value than books on the Languages, from going over the list...? but we are entitled to our own likes and dislikes i presume......Now here's a good one:

How about those who are good at greek already? Commentary might be more valuable if they do not need more greek tools.

Hi R4M... Logos already keeps me connected to the languages to the point I don't feel much need (with platinum pkg plus) for more language books... but I can't get enough different perspectives on how the same scripture is applied/translated... and the commentaries provide that.... :-)
Part of my decision making process (esp. for classic commentaries) is, "will I wish I'd bought them a year from now?" For those on the Bible books, my answer is consistently yes.
However, we're all different, so YMMV. [:)]
Thanks Matthew.
That’s ok, I feel comfortable as well, and I do have plenty of hard copy’s of commentary. But it seems that more space is needed for e-commy’s than the Languages. Just an observation…but like I said we are entitled to our own likes and dislikes.......
Thanks Bill.
