Noticed A Catholic Commentary on Holy Scripture is now available for bidding, which has 1,326 pages.

You beat me to it while I was posting on MJ's site. [:)]
From the TOC, this looks a bit like a slightly older, British, and 1.5 times thicker, version of Jerome. The Wikipedia article on the editor is worth reading: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bernard_Orchard.
Note: This is considerably newer than most CP commentaries, and from everything I can find on the web it is not out of copyright yet, so we should be very grateful to get it on CP instead of prepub. The current price seems pretty reasonable.
I would prefer the 1968 new commentary which was also published by nelson but I did put my bid on this one...

The History of the Rheims-Douay Version chapter included - I am in [working on 2014 budget]
What about the Jerome Commentary?
They sold it a long time ago, but had to stop after the publisher withdrew. Seems impossible to negotiate a new contract. My suspicion is that this CP means that they've given up for now. But that's all it is: a suspicion. I have absolutely no inside information.

Or possibly focusing on trying to get the New Jerome. I am very happy i own the Jerome, but if they did get it again would likely be able to have it on my iPad which would be great.
While I'm glad I have multiple editions of Jerome and would like it in Logos, I'd also like to see the International Bible Commentary in Logos.
I have heard that Logos is trying to get the New Jerome...
Though he didn't say so in his post above, it seems Dominick has this commentary and recommends it: http://community.logos.com/forums/p/25334/187583.aspx#187583.
Yes I do have it in hard copy. You have to get it at a place like Abebooks, it is no longer printed.
I find it emphasizes Early Church Fathers and early Church perspective on scripture and its interpretation; sometimes that is good sometimes there is a more recent perspective that it will miss. But it is very consistent in what you get out of it, very traditional in perspective.
