I don't think so. However, if you email the sales department they (might) do you a special discount. Worth a shot?

Also, if any of the items you bought in the sale are included in your intended base upgrade package, you could mention that to them at the same time.
I think 15% is probably for first time base package purchases, not for upgrades.
