Logos 4 Stalling on Sign In

Hey!

Searched the forum and could not find an answer. My Logos 4 (after automatic sign in) says it needs to synchronize documents. If I leave it alone, it takes forever and never goes to the home page. If I click on "start now," it locks up.

Can anyone help me?

Sorry to hear that you are having problems.

What version of Logos 4 software are you using?

Are you able to enable diagnostic logging and post logs after a "lock up"? Details of doing this are at http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging
