Attempted simple Bible Search for John 3.16 and received a strange set of suggestions
Initiated search and L4 Mac returned 0 results

I'm not a Mac person (have a proper computer), but just out of curiosity: does it look the same if you use John 3:16 (colon instead of period)?

Observation: Basic Search for John 3.16 and Jn3.16 work (finds references to verses in a Bible Collection), but a Bible Search looking for John 3:16 Bibles finds nothing (since a Bible Search cannot search footnotes for a verse reference).
Also, a Bible Search does not search non-Bible text. Note: Jn 3:16 is highlighted from a Basic Search for Jn3.16
