Logos Homepage problems

Despite having all the items checked under 'customize' for the Logos Homepage, I'm consistently getting what I would call 'online content' only; i,e Logos Community Pricing, Blog, My Logos Messages etc, but not excerpts or illustrations as I used to. I know I can refresh the page by pressing F5 and if I press Ctrol + F5 I can get all the content for one time only, but next time it refreshes it works just as before - excluding excerpts etc. Does anyone know why I'm not getting illustrations and excerpts routinely? Thanks

Have you tried Shift+F5?

Appears Home Page Shift+F5 includes online content.

Using Logos 4.5b RC 2 (on Mac and PC), appears Ctrl+F5 on Home Page has offline content, including couple excerpts.

Note: on Mac, command+F5 starts Voice Over, but control+F5 has feature parity with identical Home Page content.

I found that if my screen resolution is small then I do not get illustrations. I did not notice if it affected excerpts.

What is your screen resolution?
