So I finally got the Alpha to finish indexing and I decided to run a search. The processor shoots up to 100% for a little while and then Logos crashes, with no error message anything. I can run a passage guide, but it is a little slow.
Wierdly enough when I went to Application Support > Logos 4 to find the log files... it didn't exist any more! I had to open Logos 4 to get it to reappear and from that window I copied the log file after making Logos 4 crash again.
