BUG: Yet another regression in L4 Mac Notes

For a long time, creating a new note would not scroll to the location of the note but would leave the note file where it had been. Then a few betas ago, it was fixed. Now, with the release of 4.5b RC-2, this feature no longer works.

At least, this regression did not break the links to existing notes. Clicking on the note icon will still open the appropriate note.

Actually, I would rather see Logos keep its commitment. Mac developers have been siphoned off to new projects while Bob's promised parity in six months—made 18 months ago—remains stagnant.

Updated wiki => Feature Parity list:

PC Notes positions to correct position, but Logos 4.5 fix for Mac disappeared in Logos 4.5b – Logos 4.5b regression, fixed in 4.5c Beta 1

Observation: Feature Parity list has 44 feature discrepancies, with 4 replies by Logos and 9 user confirmed fixes in 4.5c Beta 1 for 18 recent regressions.

Thankful for Logos 4.5c Beta 1 improvements on Mac; looking forward to more.
