Using a Greek Font for Greek-English Lexicon

Can someone tell me how to easily change to a Greek font so I can type in a Greek word into the search bar of a Greek -English Lexicon (like Thayer, for example). I find that scrolling through the Greek alphabet to find the word very slow and tedious. If I could just type in the word, that would be great. Thanks, if you can help me.

This was written for Logos 3 but also works in Logos 4.

I find the virtual onscreen keyboard easy to use rather than remembering key assignments for the Greek alphabet, if your computer setup has one.

One option is using search for transliteration entry, choose Greek word from drop down list, then copy and paste into lexicon:

If you set up Greek in your OS, you can substitute the Logos Greek Keyboard for the one used in the OS. The Logos Keyboard is easier to use since it is more phonetically oriented thus making the key assignments easier to remember. If you assign a key combination to both English and Greek (Hebrew, Syriac, etc), you can easily switch from one language to another and back.
