I've never used this feature before, and don't really know how to, but is it possible to run a search for passive Greek verbs in the vicinity of an accusative noun?

yes. However if that is all you are searching for, you may want to consider a Morph search instead.

Thanks. I noticed some videos on it as well in the other link. I think I'm going to have to get syntax searches figured out - after finals!
