I just noticed that if you do a word study on Greek words translated as "believe" in the ESV, that ἀδελφή/sister is listed. An image is attached. Where would I direct these kind of bug reports?

Did you look those references up? Indeed, it is correct:
1 Corinthians 9:5 (ESV) — 5 Do we not have the right to take along a believing wife, as do the other apostles and the brothers of the Lord and Cephas?
That would have been the intelligent thing to do; alas, it did not occur to me that ἀδελφή might actually be correctly translated as believing. A good dose of humility is always good.
