Notes Window

The new notes feature is nice.  The writing window is a bit small on an iPad and very sensitive to being accidentally closed.  Also, if you want to jump to a different scripture point it has to be closed.  I recommend that it have a pane option that locks it in place and lets us dedicate an adjustable amount of space (like the two book option), and that it stay open even if we jump to another location or book.
