Claim ownership leaves filled form up and "Submit" button green

1. Find my church that has never been claimed yet (no members) and join it.

2. Click "Claim this group"

3. Fill out the form and click Submit.

Result: The filled out form box stayed up, and the Submit button is still green, but there's a small message near the bottom now that says "Group ownership request successfully sent."

Problem: The Submit button is still green (what would be the point of submitting again now? you shouldn't encourage that), and the Cancel button is grey, so there's no apparent way (using the buttons) to dismiss this box. Yes, there's the X in the upper right corner, but usually it's redundant as there's a button to Close as well. The green Submit button is very deceptive. It makes you think at first glance that your submission didn't work. And one wonders "What would happen if I click this again? It seems to be allowing me to do that."

Suggested Fix: The Submit button should change to a Close button. Or else the Submit button should be greyed, and the Cancel button should change to a Close button and be green.
