We are working on adding Word Lists (and the related Vocabulary Lists) to Logos 4.x. The general behavior of Word Lists will be similar to Passage Lists, but with specialized support for showing an original language word and its English gloss, etc.
Long term we plan to have vocabulary flash card functionality, and have built a specification for delivering a flashcard app on mobile devices, but we do not have that feature scheduled for development and release yet.
