I noticed this during the beta, but could not get it to repeat.
When I open a saved layout, the entire application is sometimes moved so that the top is off of the screen. See below.
In the above picture, the saved layout has opened so the shortcut bar is at the top of the screen.
As you can see, the search and library buttons are cut in half and the home page button is off the top left of the display. The minimize, maximize and close buttons at the top right of the application are off the top of the screen.
In order to see any of the title bar so that I can move the application, I have to right click on the taskbar icon and use the move command from there.
