I have upgraded from X to Libronix 3.0g and was wondering if I could incorporate my own personal files and books which I have written into my Libronix system.

there was a Personal Book Builder in L3 in the past, but I'm not sure if it still works and there's no way to currently buy a licence for it.
If you upgrade further to Logos 4 (which will be a free download and run alongside Libronix on your PC, giving access to the same resources you hold licences for), there is the new Personal Books feature that gives you to possibility to incorporate your books rather seamlessly into Logos 4 - just run a Word 2007/10 format files (*.docx) through a program feature and you're done (see the wiki for more details).

The Libronix 3.0g Personal Book Builder (PBB) reader still works, but Logos no longer offers the PBB license (annual subscription) so cannot create new PBB's. Also, Libronix PBB's are not usable in Logos 4.
Wiki has => Personal Books and => User Contributed Personal Books that links to docx files for use in Logos 4 Personal Book tool.
If you upgrade further to Logos 4
May want to consider miminal crossgrade to add many new Logos 4 resources => http://www.logos.com/minimalcrossgrade
