Vertical Scroll Bar suddenly missing

My vertical scroll bar has gone missing in a resource....
I finally figured out the problem: Columns were set to "1" instead of "none".
In case anyone else has missing scroll bars.... change the columns to none.

I am currently doing something, but if you state the resource and I have it I will check. But normally, that setting does not affect the scroll bar…./?

Yes, that's true. When the columns are set to "none," the resource scrolls. When it is set to 1 column or more, the resource is set to page turn. The single column and no column views will look similar, but function differently.

Well how about that "learn something new everyday"
never really messed w/column settings, just left them since I do grab the button and 'slide'.
Only thing I could find was this; http://wiki.logos.com/Paged_View
but sure there is something that is more intuitive.
Thanks alabama24....

One reason to set Columns to "1" is to show Footnotes on page: (footnotes do not appear on page when column is "None"):
If columns is set to a number (e.g. 1), can look for the page turn arrows in the lower right (along with scroll bars missing).

Hi Bill, welcome to the forums!
You have posted to an old thread (from Logos 4 days). The latest version is Logos 8.
Which version do you have? The way you do this has changed. In Logos 8, you click on the Resource Panel Menu (the three vertical dots on the right) and you'll get this menu:
In versions before Logos 8, you click on the Book icon in the upper left of the resource for this menu.
Let us know if this helps or not.

Thank you so much. I just updated to Logos 10 and my Bible scroll bar disappeared. It was driving my crazy for a week.
