RefTagger no longer bringing verses up

I've just noticed that RefTagger is no longer bringing up the Bible references on my website. It has done so successfully for a long time and I'm wondering what has gone wrong?
When you hover over a reference now, there is a pause, then a message says, 'This reference could not be loaded at this time' - or any time, it seems!
Is it possibly because I had it set to use the TNIV, which has effectively been replaced by the 2011 NIV? If so, how do I alter it? I believe there is a snippet of HTML coding that runs RefTagger, but I can't remember whether it's on every page containing Bible references, or just on some header page.
