I have downloaded the ESV to my IPAD no problem.
When I try to do the same to my iPhone it indicates " This book is only available online because it si not part of your Logos Bible Software library."
That does not make sense to me

This was a known issue with some of the builds. Which version of the app are you using? I had this issue but it was fixed in one of the betas. The release version has now caught up with the current beta, so I would think it had been fixed.
I am running the latest stable releases of Logos for iPad, Logos for iPhone and Logos for Mac.
IOS is current with iPhone 4s 5.1 (9B179)
IOS is current with the New iPad 5.1 (9B176)
OS/X is current at 10.7.3
Logos for OS/X Logos Bible Software 4.5b (4.52.0.2176)
Logos for IPad, Iphone (2.1.3)

I should have thought to ask first... You do actually own the ESV, right (i.e. through an individual purchase or a base package)? If you own it, let me know and I will ask about this issue again.
