Tried deleting Usermanager.db.
Tried opening blank screen.
Manually updated to latest version.
Still crashing.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.
It seems you did the right things with the blank screen & the new version - could you post any logs?
BY the deletion, I believe that it should have asked for the emailaddy and the password. If entered correctly with a manual update to current release - all should be fine. So without more info, we are lost.......
Weird, if I open L4 offline all is well. If I open logged in --- crash!
Attempt this: start offline, do something like a BWS and a Passage and Exe guide with a couple of Bibles open. basically a new un-named layout, then hit the sync button[type: sync now], which should prompt for a sign-in and a change from offline to online....manually enter your email addy and your password then click what is necessary to go online.... ....close - restart. It should open with that layout....
Please enable diagnostic logging; wiki has => Diagnostic Logging then repeat crash and attach a zip file with diagnostic logs to a forum reply.
If using stable Logos 4 release (currently 4.52.0.2176), other option is contacting Logos Tech Support => http://www.logos.com/about/contact

Here's the Diagnostic Log file. Thanks.

This looks like a corruption in the metadata update database. Try deleting:
%localappdata%\Logos4\Data\(random)\Updates\metadata.db
then restarting.
Bradley I did a search of my entire hard drive and found no file you named.
(%localappdata%\Logos4\Data\(random)\Updates\metadata.db)
Sorry for the "geeky" instructions. Delete this file: [:)]
C:\Users\Shawn\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\4njz3fme.ahu\Updates\metadata.db
Thanks Bradley! That's it!
