Anybody have any insight on this product? It's listed as an upgrade containing the year 2008. I already have this and a few later ones in my library. There's no indication on the order site that I already have this item. What's going on with this?
I have the same question. I wrote customer service over a week ago about it, but no answer. If I already have it, why is it on pre-pub? Is it new or updated or just a mistake?

Thank you for the heads up. My situation is the same. I checked one article form each issue and found that I already have them. And there is internal evidence that they are from Spring and Fall as noted in the "upgrade." This definitely merits a call to sales. If I find out anything of importance I'll post, if either of you don't post first. Thanks again.
I also appreciate the heads up. Not only do I have 2008, but I have 2009 as well!
I contacted sales and reported the matter. They did some investigating then emailed me to confirm that I already owned the material in question. The volume in question is 12. If you own this the upgrade is redundant. I don't know what package I purchased to own the resource in question. So before you cancel the upgrade I would either contact sales or check your library for vol.12 or search for some of the articles.
These two volumes are the Spring 2008 and Fall 2008 editions.
They are included in the Theological Journal Library 12, which you may already have. [:)]
For future reference, the Spring 2009 and Fall 2009 editions are included in the Theological Journal Library 13, which you may also already have.... [:D]
The volume in question is 12.
That still doesn't make any sense to me. I already have volume 13 - how can volume 12 be an upgrade? Sounds like whoever you were talking to was making up an answer on the fly and didn't have a clue what they were talking about. And why isn't this greyed out if we already have it?
If anyone does get clarification, I would be grateful if they could report back here. I have just cancelled my order on the basis of the advice (above). Beloved's response appears to square with what I have and what I see in my library, but you are correct. It is strange. If this is already in Logos, why is it on pre-pub again?
Any clarification would be very gratefully received.
Alex,
I understand your frustration. All of your questions have merit. Although the representative made no effort to explain the why and the what, his efforts were focused on answering whether or not I already owned the content offered. If there was any confusion generated by my post, I take full responsibility for it. I was really concerned more for people who may own different journal bundles and perhaps would benefit from this "upgrade" than for those who already had determined that they owned volumes 12 and 13. My intent was to caution against cancelling blindly without first checking what one owns. Because of your post I really thought you already knew that this "upgrade" duplicates a resource you have.
Finally, let me be clear. I do not now know what customer base the offered resource is directed at. Nor do I know why it isn't grayed out for those who already have the covered content. Thank you for your eagle eye. This one totally came under my radar.
