I have an Andriod-based tablet and I wish I could have a book open and a note-taking area open as well; something like a mini word processor. I also wish I could have more than 1 book open at a time.

Welcome to the forums Gordon. The Android App has a split screen capability. At the very end of your screen look for a half circle in one of the corners and drag it. Then using your library, open another book that you desire.

Thanks Lynden.  Very excited to hear about the 'notes' feature coming in the future. As to the split screen on Android, you must be referring to a different version than mine. There are no half-circles on my screen and I can find no reference to splitting screens in the help files. I am running Android 4.0.3.

I wouldn't hold my breath on this Gordon. The promise of notes and other enhancements from that post is almost a year old.

Ken while I feel your pain, howeverI am optomistic, the android Faithlife app has notes, so I would suggest we are almost at the point of receiving, there are a couple of glitches at present, but hopefully not too long
