"Luke for Everyone" point size problem

I don't know what to call this (typo, bug, etc), but there is a section of Wright's translation in Luke for Everyone which changes point size. The rest of the translation type is smaller, but part of this section is larger (and matches the commentary point size). Notice verse 20, which is split between two paragraphs. The second half of the verse and verses that follow are the larger point size.

I think it's a "typo" in that someone put the tag marker to the wrong place that tells Logos the difference between bible text and commentary.
Somehow it shows even more clearly on my machine (default font: default, default text size: 100%) than in your screenshot.

So we should report this as a typo. I did that btw.

I did as well, but I am unsure that it is considered a typo (rather than a formatting issue).
